WHAT IS THE ELIGIBILITY FOR CLAT PG?
To be eligible for CLAT PG, you must have an LLB degree (3-year or 5-year) from a recognized university with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST candidates). Final year students can also apply on a provisional basis.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CLAT UG AND CLAT PG?
CLAT UG is for admission to undergraduate law programs (BA LLB / BBA LLB) after 12th, while CLAT PG is for postgraduate LLM programs after completing LLB. The syllabus, exam pattern, and level of questions differ significantly. CLAT PG tests knowledge of substantive law, unlike UG which focuses on aptitude.
