AILET 2025 EXAM NOTIFICATION :The All India Law Entrance Test (AILET) 2025 will be administered at the National Law University in Delhi on December 08, 2024, From 02:00 pm to 04:00 pm, according to the most current notification. Additionally, the nationallawuniversitydelhi.in website will begin accepting AILET 2025 online applications starting on August 1, 2024. The AILET 2025 pen-and-paper test option will be available. There are three disciplines that make up the AILET 2025 question paper for BA LLB programmes: logical reasoning, english language, and current affairs with general knowledge. In contrast, the subject part of the AILET LLM 2025 question paper will focus on English language, legal reasoning, and fundamental legal concepts such jurisprudence, constitutional law, intellectual property rights, and family law.

AILET ELIGIBILITY

Applicants who want to participate in AILET must satisfy the eligibility requirements established by NLU, Delhi. For UG, PG, and PhD programmes, AILET is held. As a result, applicants should meet the requirements of the programme they have chosen. The following list of qualifications for the AILET .

AILET Courses Eligibility Criteria
BA LLB Minimum 50% overall in the 10+2 or equivalent test (45% for SC/ST/Persons with Disability).
Students may also apply for the UG programme if they are taking their 10+2 exam.
LLM LLB or equivalent degree with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/disabled students).
Those who are taking their LLB test in their final year are also eligible to apply.

How do I fill out the AILET application?

Applicants should follow the instructions below to complete the AILET application form:

Step 1: Online registration – Applicants must go to nludelhi.ac.in, which is NLU Delhi’s official website. Then, click “Register to Apply Now,” where they must enter information like their name, email address, password, birthdate, mobile number, and contact information to create a signup or login account.

Step 2: Choose a legal course. While the AILET test is offered for both undergraduate and graduate programmes in law, applicants must first choose one of the following options: BA LLB, LLM, or PhD. Candidates should click “Apply Now” after choosing a course to go to the next step.

Step 3: Fill out the application form completely – After successfully creating an AILET login account, applicants should provide the required data.

Step 4: Submit the papers. Applicants must upload their signature and photo in accordance with the requirements.

Step 5: Pay the application fee. Using an online payment gateway, candidates can pay the application price using a credit card, debit card, or net banking method. Instead, if an applicant prefers to pay the application fee offline, they must choose “Cash Deposit at Post Office” as their method of payment.

Step 6: Submitting the application form – After successfully paying the application fee, candidates must double-check the information on the AILET application form and submit it online only.

AILET 2025 EXAM NOTIFICATIOPN Test Pattern

Applicants should be familiar with the test format and curriculum before beginning their AILET preparation. The AILET exam pattern provides applicants with information on the exam’s structure, amount of questions and their types, scoring system, and other pertinent details.

There will be 150 multiple-choice questions on the AILET test. (Carrying 1 mark per question). To study for the exam, candidates should consult the newly revised AILET curriculum. OMR sheets and question papers will be used for the offline, offline format of the AILET test. The following is a description of the test format in detail:

Marking scheme 1 marks will be given for each accurate response, and 0.25 marks will be subtracted for each erroneous response. Section objective: For each correctly answered question, one point will be given; for each erroneous response, one point will be subtracted.
Each question in the descriptive part will be worth 25 points.
For each incorrect answer, 0.25 marks will be deducted. Therefore, four incorrect answers will result in a deduction of 1 mark.

AILET CUTOFF

Following each session of counseling, the institution announces the AILET cut off. The last rank or minimum score needed for admission to NLU Delhi is known as the AILET cut off. Depending on their rank and score, applicants whose names do not appear on the first AILET cutoff or acceptance list may be given a spot in the next round. But if the applicant doesn’t make the cutoff rank for the last round, he or she will essentially be disqualified from the admissions process.

Individuals who fall under the cutoff for the AILET must accept the seat and finish the admissions process by paying the course price.
