Sl. No | Section | Question number as per SET-B(^) | Consortium Key | ALP Key | Remarks |
---|---|---|---|---|---|
| English Comprehension | Q.11 | D | C | The correct answer should be (C). In the passage, it mentions "auctioneer of cheap cloth" but not of cheap bags. The other trades—magicians, medicine sellers, and sellers of stolen hardware—are explicitly mentioned. So Auctioneers of cheap Bags should be the answer and NOT "Sellers of Stolen Hardware" |
| Legal Reasoning | Q.66 | D | C | The correct answer is (C) because the passage explicitly highlights that both the State and citizens have a duty to preserve and protect natural resources, as enshrined in Article 48-A and Article 51-A(g) of the Constitution. The State is tasked with protecting the environment and maintaining ecological balance under Article 48-A, while citizens are bound by a fundamental duty under Article 51-A(g) to actively contribute to environmental conservation. On the other hand, option (D) introduces the idea of a citizen's right against climate change, which is not explicitly mentioned or supported in the passage. Instead, the emphasis is on duties, not rights, making (C) the most accurate answer based on the text. |
| Legal Reasoning | Q.71 | B | C | The correct answer is (C) A void agreement and not (B) A voidable agreement based on the passage's explanation. The passage clearly defines void agreements as "fundamentally invalid," meaning they are unenforceable from the outset due to their illegal or improper nature. In contrast, voidable contracts are initially enforceable, but can later be denied by one party due to certain circumstances. The passage further emphasizes that a void agreement is "void ab initio," which means it is invalid from the beginning and cannot be rectified. In the case of a contract involving a minor, since the minor has no legal capacity to enter into a contract, the agreement would be void and cannot be converted into a valid one, making option C the correct choice. Option (B), voidable agreement, is incorrect because a voidable contract remains enforceable until one party chooses to void it, which is not the case here as the agreement involving a minor is automatically void from the start. |
| Logical Reasoning | Q.91 | A | Incorrect | The proper arrangement based on the instruction should be following in anti-clockwise direction- Ram-Rakesh-Suresh-Mohan-Rohan-Shyam-Rohit-Mohit-Sohan.And accordingly none of the options are available to be marked.Question should be withdrawn. |
| Logical Reasoning | Q.93 | D | Incorrect | The proper arrangement based on the instruction should be following in anti-clockwise direction- Ram-Rakesh-Suresh-Mohan-Rohan-Shyam-Rohit-Mohit-Sohan.And accordingly the answer should be Ram which is not in options...so trhe question should be withdrawn. |
| Logical Reasoning | Q.94 | B | Incorrect | The proper arrangement based on the instruction should be following in anti-clockwise direction- Ram-Rakesh-Suresh-Mohan-Rohan-Shyam-Rohit-Mohit-Sohan. And accordingly correct answer should be Sohan which is not available in Options. Question should be withdrawn. |
| Logical Reasoning | Q.96 | D | Incorrect | The proper arrangement based on the instruction should be following in anti-clockwise direction- Ram-Rakesh-Suresh-Mohan-Rohan-Shyam-Rohit-Mohit-Sohan. And accordingly correct answer should be Suresh which is not available in Options.Question should be withdrawn. |
| Logical Reasoning | Q.107 | B | A | The number given in the passage is 5,80,000 which is close to half a million or 0.5 million. But the consortium key says more than 5.5million which converts to 55 lakh which is incorrect. Therefore, the closest answer (A) should be selected or the question should be withdrawn. |
