1. OVERVIEW - MAHINDRA UNIVERSITY SCHOOL OF LAW

The School of Law, Mahindra University, started in September 2021 with the rationale based on the Upanishad message “Jnaanaarthe Pravesha, Sevaarthe Prasthana”, which implies entering an organization with the sole motivation behind getting information and exiting to serve the general public. It is another sanctuary of regulation learning in Hyderabad, established on the way of thinking of getting equity, balance and administration to all areas of society. It is Sponsored by Mahindra Educational Institutions (MEI), a subsidiary of Tech Mahindra, the flagship IT company of the Mahindra Group. Mahindra University’s objective is ‘To educate future citizens for and of a better world’.

2. COURSES OFFERED

  1. 5-years program in B.A., LLB. (Hons.)
  2. 5-years program in BBA, LL.B. (Hons.)

3. ELIGIBILITY

B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) Programme Eligibility Criteria:
  1. 10+2 or equivalent from any statutory board with 60% OR as per AICTE/UGC norms aggregate marks in all subjects OR equivalent grade for the students from IB or other approved Boards.
  2. Anyone of the following Scores:
    Valid CLAT 2022 examination score (Exact cut off score / All India Rank would be announced upon results announcement).
    OR
    A valid LSAT Test Score
    OR
    Qualify in Mahindra University Law Entrance Test-2022 (MULET 2022)
BBA, LL.B. (Hons.) Programme Eligibility Criteria:
  1. 10+2 or equivalent from any statutory board with 60% OR as per AICTE/UGC norms aggregate marks in all subjects OR equivalent grade for the students from IB or other approved Boards.
  2. Anyone of the following Scores:
    Valid CLAT 2022 examination score (Exact cut off score / All India Rank would be announced upon results announcement).

How to Apply?

A student desiring to seek Admission to the Mahindra University School of Law may please note the following steps:

Step – 1
Apply online at www.mahindrauniversity.edu.in by filling in the application form.

Step – 2
Upload the latest scanned photograph during Online Registration.

Step – 3
Follow the instructions for payment of the Registration and processing fee of Rs. 1000.

Modes of Payment Accepted for paying application fee:

Payment through cash, demand draft, online payment using credit card or net banking.
Note: The application fee for students applying is INR 1000.

Step – 4:

  1. Applicant needs to ensure that relevant Academic & Entrance exam details are updated on the application portal
  2. Applicant needs to ensure that required scorecards and other documents are duly uploaded on the application portal
  3. Branch preferences need to be selected on the application portal
  4. Applicant needs to ensure that application form is duly filled up and submitted ONLINE.

    Duly submitted & eligible applications will be considered for Admission as per University guidelines. If needed, students are invited for a Physical / Virtual counselling session.

4. FEE STRUCTURE

For the B.A., LL.B. (Hons.)

Academic Fees:
Rs. 3,00,000 per annum
Hostel Charges:
Rs. 2,00,000 per annum (boarding and lodging, is not mandatory to reside on campus)
Caution Deposit:
Rs. 20,000 (Refundable at the end of study and graduation)
Note: Hostel stay is not mandatory for students of B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) & all fees are subject to revision every year

 

For the BBA, LL.B. (Hons.)

Academic Fees:
Rs. 3,00,000 per annum
Hostel Charges:
Rs. 2,00,000 per annum (boarding and lodging) [not mandatory to reside on campus]
Caution Deposit:
Rs. 20,000 (Refundable at the end of study and graduation)
Note: Hostel stay is not mandatory for students of BBA, LL.B.(Hons.) & all fees are subject to revision every year
