AILET 2021

AILET 2021, or All India Law Entrance Test is an entrance examination organized by National Law University, Delhi. It is conducted to select students in various law programs such as B.A LLB(Hons.), LLM and Doctorate Programs .
The AILET Exam will be conducted online for 1.5 hours on 30th July 2021 between 02:00 PM to 3:30 PM by NTA . There will be 150 questions from English, Mathematics, Reasoning, GK, & Legal Aptitude.
This is a university-level entrance exam for the admissions in law programs at National Law University, Delhi. This university does not accept any other law entrance exam such as CLAT or LSAT for NLU Delhi admissions.

AILET Eligibility Criteria 2021

Course Type Eligibility Criteria
UG Law Course B.A.LL.B. (Hons)
  • The candidate should have at least 55% aggregate in the exam from a recognized board.
  • The candidate should acquire a minimum of 50% marks in the qualifying examination.
  • Candidates who are currently studying can also apply for the examination.
PG Law Course LL.M. Course
  • The candidate is required to have passed LL.B. or any other equivalent degree.
  • The candidate needs to attain 55% marks as aggregate and 50% marks for those who belong to ST, SC category.
  • The candidates who are pursuing LL.B. can also apply for the examination.
Doctorate Program PhD Courses
  • The candidate should hold a master degree from any recognized university.
  • The candidate needs to acquire a minimum of 55% marks as aggregate and 50% for those who belong to reserved category.
