Abhyaas LawPrep has partnered with I-WIN IP Services, as the Educational Partner, to bring forth India’s First Virtual IPR Moot Court Competition, in collaboration with Cell for IPR Promotion and Management (CIPAM) and Osmania University.
Intellectual Property is an important area of Law, and we believe that this is a wonderful opportunity for students to gain more knowledge in this area. Being an Edu-Tech organization, we understand and appreciate the importance of Intellectual Property Rights, all the more.
A Moot Court is basically a mock court or simulated court at which law students argue imaginary cases for practice. Such competitions are a very common and important extra curricular activity at various law schools. In the current scenario, where everything is going online and going digital, it only makes sense to make Moot Courts online as well. Abhyaas LawPrep has always been at the forefront in taking education online and reaching out to more and more students across the country. And thus we are extremely proud to be associated with I-WIN IP in their quest to present India’s First Virtual Moot Competition.
The competition will be held from 4th to 6th July, 2020 and registrations for the same are open till 15th June 2020.
