1. Overview

The S.V.College of Law was established in 1991 in Tirupati at the feet of Sri Lord Venkateswara with the aim of  providing legal education in this region with dedication. It is affiliated to S.V.University, Tirupathiand is also recognised by the Bar Council of India. The Sri Venkateswara College of Law Tirupati is dedicated to create a new breed of dynamic and future ready Law Graduates who will be in a position to use the knowledge acquired here towards the creation of a better society and indeed, a brighter future for themselves.

2. Courses Offered

• 5-Years Integrated LL.B. Course
• 3 Years LL.B. Course
• 2 Years LL.M. Course

A Masters LL.M Degree in four branches of specialization:
1. Labour & Industrial Laws.
2. Constitutional & Administrative Laws.
3. Corporate & Securities Laws.
4. Law of Crimes & Torts.

3. Eligibility

For 5 Years LL.B Course

• The candidate must have passed (10+Intermediate (+2)) or equivalent to +2 with not less than 45% of marks in aggregate.
• For SC/ST candidates there will be 40% in aggregate.

For 3 Years LL.B Course

• The candidate must have passed (10+2+3 pattern) from any recognized University with not less than 45% of marks in aggregate.
• For SC/ST candidates there will be 40% in aggregate.

For 2 Years LL.M Course

• The candidate must have completed 3/5 year LL.B Degree along with basic qualifications

4. Application Procedure

• To get admission into 5/3 Year Degree course the candidate should get through the LAWCET Entrance Exam with a qualified rank.
• After completion of the Lawcet process the eligible students who attend this entrance will attend the Lawcet counselling held in the month of August every year in Tirupathi and the candidates must opt for S.V. College of Law, Tirupathi for seeking admissions into 5/3 Year LL.B courses.

NOTE:
The candidates those who are not taken Lawcet Entrances and those who are not qualified in lawcet entrances examination can also get admissions into 5/3 Year LL.B courses under Management Quota basing on their qualifications by contact in the principal and management of the college at earliest as per schedule of admissions.

4. Application Procedure

5 Year B.A., LL.B.

Total Fees – ₹1,60,000/- (₹32,000 per year)

3 Year LL.B.

Total Fees – ₹96,000/- (Avg. ₹32,000 per year)

2 Year LL.M.

Total Fees – ₹36,000/- (₹18,000 per year)
