Sectional Analysis:

1. English :
This section was a lengthy one. This section was dominated by Grammar questions, including parts of speech, identifying errors etc. There were some questions based on Figure of speech as well. Few vocabulary questions were present in the form of synonyms. Reading Comprehension and Cloze Test questions as expected. Overall a moderate section.

2. General Knowledge:
The GK section predominantly had current affairs questions, with a few static GK questions. Those who had been following the news and the ALP GK banks carefully would have been able to answer the current affairs questions. Overall an easy to moderate section.

3. Legal Aptitude:
There were around 15 Principle-based questions which were pretty lengthy and time-consuming. Remaining questions were on Legal GK – standard as well as some based on current affairs. This could be considered a moderate section.

4. Reasoning:
This section had no major surprises. It had more questions from Analytical Reasoning as compared to Critical Reasoning. Arrangement puzzles, blood relations, directions, Probably true/false, syllogisms, cause & effect. Overall an easy to moderate section.

5. Mathematics:
This was again a moderate section with no surprises. Arithmetic questions dominated this section with percentages, averages, time, speed & distance. Students who had practised concepts would have done this fairly well.
