Notification Request for Applications for Admission to the LL. M. Programme under the Supernumerary Quota for Residents of Jammu & Kashmir (RJ&K) and Wards of Kashmiri Migrants (WKM) (Academic Session 2023–24)
According to the CLAT-2023 Brochure, there are 02 seats designated for the Wards of Kashmiri Migrants (WKM) and 02 seats reserved for Residents of Jammu & Kashmir (RJ&K) under the Supernumerary Quota for Admission to LL. M. Programme. For the positions mentioned above, Hidayatullah National Law University is seeking applications from qualified WKM or RJ&K category individuals. Candidates who have applied for and sat in the CLAT-2023 under the WKM and RJ&K categories and are interested and eligible may apply directly to the University using the approved Application Form.

A. LL. B. (Hons.) Programme. For the positions mentioned above, Hidayatullah National Law University is seeking applications from qualified WKM or RJ&K category individuals. Candidates who have applied for and participated in the CLAT-2023 in the WKM and RJ&K categories and are interested and qualified may apply directly to the university.
Notification of Invitation to Apply for Non-Resident Indian (NRI) Category Seats Admission to the B. A. LL. B. (Hons.) Programme
Hidayatullah National Law University aims to accept applications from qualified NRI applicants for the 08 seats under the Non-Resident Indian (NRI) Category, as stated in the CLAT-2023 Brochure. The candidate must meet the following requirements to be eligible for admission in the NRI category:
- He/she must have applied for and appeared in CLAT-2023 under the NRI Category;
- He/she must be a Non-Resident Indian, or both of his/her parents must be Non-Resident Indians.

Birth certificate copy
(a) Wards of Kashmiri Migrant Certificate copy

Notification Invitation to Apply for Admission to the B. A. LL. B. (Hons.) Programme for Seats for Foreign Nationals
Hidayatullah National Law University aims to welcome applications from qualified foreign nationals to fill the 02 seats within the Foreign National Category, as stated in the CLAT-2023 Brochure.
ELIGIBILITY
In order to be admitted to the five-year integrated B. A. LL. B. (Hons.) Programme under the Senior Secondary School/Intermediate (10+2) or its equivalent Examination from India or from abroad from a recognised Board/University of that country with not less than 45% marks in aggregate, the applicants must necessarily be foreign nationals;
Candidates who have previously passed the qualifying examination (10+2 or its equivalent) or who will take the qualifying examination this year are also eligible to apply and be admitted, but only if they can provide documentation to support their claims that they passed the qualifying examination with the required percentage of marks at the time of admission.
